How are you shipping this product?
The fresh beef product ships in °ClimaCell packaging which is an eco-friendly cooler made from renewable, plant-based materials that is fully curbside recyclable. Each cooler will ship with internal ice packs to maintain optimal temperature and ensure your products arrive in the best condition.
How long can my box sit outside?
Since the box has fresh products, not frozen, we recommend bringing it inside and into a refrigerator immediately upon arrival.
How do I store this product in the refrigerator?
Upon receipt, please keep fresh beef in the package it was delivered in and store in the coldest part of your fridge until you are ready to use. The ideal temperature to store fresh product is 32°F. Please refer to the Best By date printed on the package for shelf life. Once package is open, wrap remaining product in plastic film or sealable storage bag and store in a refrigerator at the recommended temperature. Use within two days of opening.
How do I freeze the product for future use?
If you plan to freeze product, please do so immediately upon arrival and in the packaging that it arrived in. The ideal temperature to store frozen product is at 0°F. Properly stored in original packaging, the frozen, raw beef Burgers will maintain best quality for about 6 months to a year from the manufacture date. To safely thaw the product, place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Do not thaw with a heat method such as hot water or microwave as that will make the product unsafe to eat.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Every order we receive is custom-made to your specific requests. In order to allow enough time to pack your beef blends with care, orders are produced and shipped the week after they are received.
Every week orders are processed on Thursday morning and scheduled for production the following week. All orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. When your order has been fulfilled and scheduled to ship, you will receive an email or SMS notification. Please allow up to two days for delivery. Orders placed after 11:59PM Wednesday will not be processed until Thursday of the following week.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on combo orders over $59.
Can I mix and match?
At this time, we have specially curated bundles available to provide you with the best flavor and size varieties. We are in the process of enhancing our home delivery program and will make customized orders available in the future.
Is that red liquid in the bag what I think it is?
Cattle is made up of water like humans are. Due to the freshness of the product, it is natural to see red liquid at the bottom of the packaging due to the release of moisture.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order you already placed, please contact our customer service team at 1-877-4MY-BEEF to see if your order is still within the cancellation window. We will be happy to help you through the process.
